My puppy is on his way! He will be old enough to come live with me sometime in early October. I am way pumped up about it. Naming him has been the hardest this thus far. I have narrowed down to the "short list". What do you think? What's your favorite?
Boaz
Luca
Bronte
Gatsby
Maverik
Darcy
Gabe
Beau
Amadeus
Dakota
Oberon
Augustus

It has to be Augustus. By far the best one. Unless you name it Gatsby and then dress it up all the time in the appropriate costume.
To tell the truth, I am partial to Gatsby, but Oberon, Bronte, and Dakota are growing on me.
By the way....what costume??? What version of The Great Gatsby did you read?
I just meant period appropriate attire.
personally i like maverik, but gatsby is pretty cute too. i just hope yours will be smarter than mine! and don't forget the insurance...
before I even read the comments I liked Gatsby the best :) Im happy you got a puppy too!! What breed is it?
Just stand on your front or back porch and yell each name and see what you can say fastest and loudest!
